Radiohead will return to Australia and Japan in 2027 for a 21-show tour built around extended arena runs in four cities.
The British rock band will begin the tour May 3 at RAC Arena in Perth, where it will perform four concerts. Six-night engagements will follow at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne and Afterpay Arena in Sydney before the tour concludes with five performances at GMO Arena Saitama in Japan.
The Australian dates will mark Radiohead’s first shows in the country since 2012. The band last toured Japan as a headliner in 2008, making the upcoming concerts its first stand-alone performances there in 19 years.
The 2027 schedule follows Radiohead’s return to the road in 2025, when the group reunited for multi-night arena engagements in Madrid, Bologna, London, Copenhagen and Berlin. Those concerts were Radiohead’s first full-band performances since 2018.
Tickets will be distributed through registration systems designed to reduce activity from bots and ticket resellers. Australian fans must register through Frontier Touring between September 7 and September 10. Selected registrants will receive an unlock code beginning September 11, allowing them to participate in the September 15 ticket sale. An unlock code will provide access to the sale but will not guarantee tickets.
Fans may purchase as many as four tickets for shows in the city assigned through their registration. Radiohead said ticket prices will remain fixed and will not use dynamic pricing. Tickets offered through unauthorized resale sites or above face value may be canceled.
Registration for the Japan concerts will remain open through September 27 on the eplus platform. Separate application processes are available for Japanese residents and international fans. Applicants are expected to receive results beginning October 3.
A charitable contribution is included with each ticket. Proceeds from the Australian concerts will benefit Greenpeace Australia Pacific and the Australian Marine Conservation Society, while donations from the Japan dates will support More Trees. Radiohead will match the donations collected through ticket sales.
The band’s most recent studio album, A Moon Shaped Pool, arrived in 2016. Radiohead returned in 2025 with the live collection Hail to the Thief (Live Recordings 2003–2009), released shortly before its European reunion shows.
The complete schedule and ticket-registration details are available through Radiohead’s official website.
