Satellite Music Hall Announces First Shows For Grand Opening Lineup

Satellite Music Hall, a new 1,300-capacity venue opening at Memphis’ Crosstown Concourse in September 2026, has announced the first shows for its grand opening season.

The venue will launch with two performances from Memphis-born pop-rock act The Band Camino on September 4 and 5. The initial slate also includes fellow Memphis artists Valerie June and Project Pat, along with Modest Mouse, Iron & Wine and Prof.

The announced lineup is:

September 4 & 5: The Band Camino
September 17: Valerie June
September 26: Project Pat
October 12: Modest Mouse
October 27: Iron & Wine
November 4: Prof

Satellite Music Hall is expected to present a wide range of genres, including indie rock, folk, hip-hop, R&B, metal and electronic music. In addition to concerts, the venue will host comedy shows, community gatherings, corporate meetings and special events.

“Our inaugural lineup reflects the energy and culture of Memphis,” Ted Heinig, Vice President of Live Nation Southeast, said in a press release. “Opening with The Band Camino will be a special moment for the community and sets the tone for Satellite Music Hall as a place where artists and fans come together.”

Memphis Mayor Paul Young said the venue will strengthen the city’s live entertainment economy and create new opportunities for local artists.

“Satellite Music Hall will create a powerful new stage for the Memphis story,” Young said. “It will create opportunity for our artists, our young people, and our economy, while bringing new energy and investment into the heart of our city.”

Todd Richardson, CEO of Crosstown Concourse, said the venue adds momentum to Crosstown’s growing live music district, alongside Crosstown Arts’ Green Room and Theater and the nearby Hi Tone.
