Paciolan has named ticketing industry veteran Jenifer LaMorte as Vice President and General Manager of Performing Arts, putting her in charge of strategy, client partnerships and growth across the company’s arts and cultural organization portfolio.
LaMorte joins Paciolan after more than 15 years working at the intersection of live entertainment and technology. She most recently served as Vice President of Strategic Growth at Tessitura Network and previously spent six years at Disney Theatrical Group.
At Disney, LaMorte led North American ticketing, distribution and audience strategy for Broadway and touring productions generating more than $500 million in annual ticket revenue. She is also a former board chair of the International Ticketing Association, better known as INTIX.
“Performing arts organizations sit at the heart of the communities they serve, and they deserve a technology partner built around how they actually work, where the patron buying the ticket is so often the donor giving the gift,” Paciolan President Brendan Lynch said in a press release.
LaMorte will focus on helping arts organizations better connect ticketing, fundraising and patron data — a growing priority as venues look to turn occasional attendees into repeat buyers, donors and long-term supporters.
“Turning a single ticket buyer into a lifelong donor and advocate is what lets performing arts organizations fund the art and deepen their impact on their communities,” LaMorte said in a statement. “I’m energized to help build what comes next at Paciolan, tools that make that transformation easier for every partner we serve.”
Paciolan provides ticketing, fundraising, marketing, distribution and analytics technology to performing arts centers, theaters, symphonies and cultural institutions across North America. Learn more about the company via its official website.
